    Dear Sir
    I am an ex-serviceman from corps of signals(Army) and retired on 01 Nov 2005. I Joined the Army on 20 Jun 1988 and my educational qualification IS 10+2-Science & Agriculture (Vocational Higher Secondary education, Govt of Kerala) when i joined the Army,during my Army service I joined BCA Degree course from IGNOU but I could not complete the course due to inconvenience to attend the contact program project works during field posting of army service

    I would like to know that if any provision is existing to get Degree certificate through new policy of IGNOU "Award of Ignou Degree Under Project Gyandeep"
